Artisan Terms and Conditions

To be Eligible each specification is to include:

A Khayeri booked & held presentation meeting with Owners of Specified Project. A written confirmation of Khayeri specification including square footage quantity

1. QUARTERS

Incentive are awarded on a quarterly basis for both spec and tendered projects. Multiple gift card incentives are available for spec’d projects.

2. SPEC’D PROJECTS

Spec’d projects must be for a value of $50,000 or more to qualify for the incentive. Spec’d projects can be combined to reach a total amount of $50,000. Incentives will be awarded in the quarter when the amounted value of the spec’d projects has reached a minimum of $50,000.

3. TENDERED & AWARDED PROJECTS

Tendered projects must be for a value of $50,000 or more to qualify for the incentive draw. Each tendered job with an amounted value of $50,000 will be entered into the quarterly incentive draw. Eligible for Development projects in lieu of official contract award: Completion of Purchaser Colour Selection with Khayeri Flooring.

4. DRAW FOR SALONE DEL MOBILE – MILANO

The draw is held once a year on January 1st of the year succeeding the previous four quarters. Each quarter, the firm who has spent the most with Khayeri is eligible to select one name from their team to be entered into the draw. Only one name can be entered per firm. Only one firm can be entered per year. In the case of a firm spending the highest amount in multiple quarters, the eligibility will fall to the runner-up in subsequent quarters after the first.

5. VISA GIFT CARD (SPEC’D WORK)

$200 Visa Gift Card for every $50k value of Curated Line projects and $150k Constructor Series projects specified. Multiple team members can be included on spec’d projects. However, there is only one VISA Gift Card per project. In the case of multiple teams on a spec’d project that has been rewarded a $200 VISA Gift Card, the card will be divided evenly amongst the team members (i.e. two members = two $100 VISA Gift Cards, etc.)

6. 13” IPAD PRO

Multiple team members can be included on tendered and awarded projects. However, there is only one $1,000 American Express gift card or iPad Pro per project. In the case of multiple teams on a tendered and awarded project that has been rewarded with a 13” iPad Pro, a cash equivalent will be issued in lieu of the iPad and will be divided evenly amongst the team members (i.e. 13” iPad Pro valued at $1,000 - two members = two $500 rewards, etc.)
